Fajitas Quesadillas
Crispy flour tortillas filled with Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses, pico de gallo and Torero’s delicious fajita steak or chicken. Served with sour cream, guacamole and choice of refried or Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans and Mexican rice. 11.00  Add grilled onions and green peppers 13.50

Fajita Burrito Choice
Giant 10″ soft flour tortilla filled with your choice of Torero’s delicious fajitas steak or chicken meat, stuffed with Mexican rice, grilled onions and green and red peppers. Your choice of refried or Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans. Garnished with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. 11.00

Fajitas Taco Salad
Flour tortilla shell filled with grilled onions and bell peppers and Torero’s delicious fajita steak or chicken, Mexican rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. 11.00

Fajita Chimichanga
Deep-fried flour tortilla filled with your choice of grilled chicken or steak, onions, and green bell pepper, served with Mexican rice and beans, sour cream and guacamole, lettuce, tomato and cheese. 10.00

Taco Salad (Traditional)
Our traditional taco salad is served on a hot plate with cheese melted over your choice of ground beef, chicken or picadillo
(shredded beef and pork) and topped with lettuce, cheese and tomato. 8.00

Northern-Style
If you prefer your taco salad Northern-Style in a crispy flour tortilla shell, just tell your server. Served with Mexican rice

Arroz Con Pollo
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a rich, unique orange tomato sauce with mushrooms, served over a bed of rice and melted Monterrey Jack cheese. (Not served with beans) 10.00

Carnitas De Pollo
Chicken strips grilled with green and red peppers, tomatoes and onions. Served with sour cream, Mexican rice, refried or Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans and your choice of flour or corn tortillas. 10.00

Chicken Taquitos

The Famous Macho Burrito
A huge flour tortilla filled with Mexican rice, refried or Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans and your choice of ground beef, chicken or picadillo (shredded beef and pork). Topped with burrito sauce and cheddar cheese. Covered with lettuce, tomatoes, crema Mexicana and Cotija Mexican cheese. 9.50

Carne Asada
Favorite 6 oz. portion of seasoned skirt steak carefully charbroiled to perfection. Garnished with whole green onions, fried jalapeño and fresh guacamole. 13.00

Carne Asada Burrito
Burrito stuffed with tender skirt steak, refried beans and Mexican rice. Topped with Molcajete sauce, Cotija Mexican cheese and whole green onions. Served with pico de gallo and fried jalapeño. 10.50

Molcajete
Chicken and beef strips sauted with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes and topped with melted Monterrey Jack cheese. Garnished with green onions and jalapeño peppers and served with sliced avocado and pico de gallo. 12.00

Chile Colorado
Tender cuts of beef, slow-simmered in our mild red chile sauce with onions and tomatoes. 10.00

Chile Verde
Chunks of slow-baked pork blended with a mild, green tomatillo sauce, green peppers, onions and selected spices. 10.00

Pork Carnitas
